Friends, hello again! This time I didn’t make a homemade machine and I’ll not adapt it for the garage, but I decided to treat myself to different smokes and for this I made a cold smoked smokehouse for meat and fish. My head had the idea of ​​how to make a smokehouse and at the same time that it would be like a kind of decoration of my summer cottage. It turned out in the end quite beautiful and original, in any case, you will not see such a smokehouse on a personal plot, only for me, if you visit me)

Materials and tools:

- pine board 120 * 12mm;
- screws;
- cloves;
- impregnation for wood;
- smoke generator;
- circular;
- jigsaw;
- milling cutter;
- screwdriver;
- grinder;
- hammer;
- roulette;
- a pencil;
- ruler.

Detailed manufacturing description:
The production of the smokehouse began by cutting into the size of the board and preparing it on a milling machine for joining together:



I twist the chopped board together, cut the desired blank of the front and back walls of the smokehouse and grind it with a grinder with an emery nozzle.




When the walls of the smokehouse are ready, I connect them together and my design begins to take on a look)



Again I cut the boards, made grooves for joining each other on the mill, which I did earlier, and assembled the roof of the smokehouse, the roof turned out to be very beautiful and at the same time reliable)



I assembled the door from the same board, cut the edges with a milling cutter for a more snug fit of the door to the opening, and additionally attached felt to the door along the perimeter with small nails.



Well, actually the smokehouse is ready, painted outside under an old tree)

The first fish smoking was successful, he smoked for 12 hours. We also need to experiment with smoked wood chips, there was only an alder at hand, the color of the product turned out to be pale not quite golden, studied the basics of smoking, they say that to get a golden color for smoked meats, you also need oak wood chips. I will experiment further. The smokehouse turned out to be beautiful and original. Thank you for your interest and attention.
