Step One: Sawing
For two suspensions, you need two wooden bars. He draws fingers on the bars. Then, on a band saw, cuts the gaps between the fingers.

Step Three: Mount
Now you need to fix the suspension on the wall. So, how can you just screw your hands to the wall (pedals will interfere with the installation bike), the master makes a mount from the board. The mount is a horizontal board to which, vertically, from below and from above, two boards are fixed. Suspended arms are attached to the end of the board.
Now you need to fix everything on the wall and the suspension is ready.
