The master made this pencil case for his son, a student in grade 3. now, according to the master, his son has the coolest pencil case in the class.
To make a pencil case, the master used the following
Tools and materials:
-Metal pipe;
-Neodymium magnets;
-Pipe cutter;
-Lathe;
-Sandpaper;
-Dremel;
-File;
-Scissors for metal;
-Sheet metal;
-Epoxy adhesive;
-Tool for chasing;
-Clamp;
-Hammer;
-Paint;
-Foil;
-Insulating tape;
-Razor;
Step One: Pipe Processing
First, the master measures the length of the pencil, adds 3-4 cm and cut off the pipe. Installs a pipe in a lathe. Cut off the top zinc layer. Grinds.
Grinds the edges of the pipe.
Step two: stub
Cut a circle of metal along the diameter of the pipe. Solder it on one side of the pipe. Grinds.
Step Three: Cover
Cut two more circles from metal. Gives one circle a spherical shape. Two neodymium magnets are placed inside the sphere. Glues on top of the second circle.
Replaces the cover and grinds it.
Step Four: Painting
It makes a stencil of foil. Fixes it on a pencil case. Paints a pencil case with black paint. After the paint dries, it removes the foil.
The pencil case is ready.
