Manufacturing process.
So, the author marks one of the blanks on a plywood sheet, and cuts it with a jigsaw.
The edges of the workpiece are carefully sanded with sandpaper.
Marks the seat for the pipe, drills it with a pen drill. In order to avoid chips, this is done from two sides.
The author then notes and drills a pair of blind holes for furniture dowels.
Now, having greased the hole with glue, it inserts dowels.
So, he already made 5 shelves, now you need to cut a piece of PVC pipe, and put the shelves on it.
The design is assembled, you can solder two corners, and drill holes for fasteners in them.
It remains to fix the shelf in a suitable place for a couple of screws.
Everything is ready, now grinding discs will always be at hand, and the shelves conveniently open to the side.
For those who will repeat - I recommend putting sleeves on the pipe between the shelves. So the shelves will not move vertically. And if instead of dowels, a wooden round stick is glued in the center of the shelf, it will be convenient to store the discs for the grinder.
Thanks to the author for a simple but useful workshop organizer!
