Impression of use
For small and delicate work, this screwdriver is not suitable, reasons:
- the screwdriver starts abruptly (there is no speed adjustment), which can lead to disruption of the screw splines;
- when tightening, there is no way to tighten the screw to the end - the minimum torque is too much;
- the tool continues to twist the shutdown field for a couple of seconds (the screwdriver is activated by pressing with a bat), which is fatal for delicate things - it is easy to roll plastic or thin tin with a screw.
Another disadvantage lies in the shape of a screwdriver: the straight structure, although it has rubber inserts, doesn’t help much - it’s difficult to hold the tool in your hand — it always runs out of the hand and falls to the floor — I have done this several times. For normal operation, it is necessary to compress the tool very hard, which is very tiring. Pistol grip screwdriver models do not suffer from this.
Pros and where would I apply the tool
The screwdriver is well suited for rough work, for example with self-tapping screws for twisting into a tree and at the same time in an inaccessible place, because for ordinary places, an ordinary screwdriver for 1000 rubles is ideal.
Price and choice
At the moment, this screwdriver costs 2771 rubles in GearBest, the same screwdriver in the same configuration at a local store costs from 2,450 to 2,950 rubles.
Bosch has the best options, for example the BOSCH IXO V costing from 2,900 to 3,200 rubles. , but at the same time it is a more sophisticated tool and in a richer configuration and pistol form factor.
Conclusion
Here is such a review, the tool turned out to be very specific and not suitable for all users, suitable for hard-to-reach places where an ordinary screwdriver will not “pass” and an electric pistol-shaped screwdriver will not crawl through.
