Natural greens are used in the composition, such is moss. As for the mushrooms, they are made of silicone, so they look like real ones. Homemade is easy to assemble and requires a minimum amount of materials.

Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. The foundation
Let's start with the basics, we need to imitate the mound, as a material you can use expanded polystyrene or a similar material. First, we cut out two or more circles along the diameter of the dome, then the disks are glued together with a glue gun, and we get the basis of the required thickness. At the end, he works with a clerical knife, shaping the mound.
That's all, the base is ready, it remains to be painted, you can use acrylic or other paints at your discretion.
Step Two Mushroom legs
Now we proceed to the production of mushroom legs, for a start we will make a “skeleton”, here we need copper wire. We cut the wire along the length of the alleged legs with a margin for attaching the hats, and then glue the garland LEDs to the wire using hot glue. We lay the wires on the base and fix it with hot glue, and insert the wire with LEDs vertically into the base.
Next, we need to hide the wires and form a relief, for such purposes we need kitchen foil, this material holds its shape perfectly.We rinse the foil, lay on the base and fix it with a glue gun.
Well, then it remains to build up “flesh” on the legs, for which we will use silicone with the addition of the right amount of dye. Next, coat the legs with silicone and form the desired shape. The author sculpts the legs with his bare hands, and so that the silicone does not stick to the fingers, grease them with soap. When the silicone dries, it will be possible to set the desired shape for the legs, it will be held by the wire inside.
Step Three Head mushroom
The composition contains a large mushroom, fly agaric, which is a house with a door. For this mushroom you need to make a leg, to solve the problem we need SUGRU, as an alternative, you can try using starch with PVA glue. We form a template from foil and on it we are sculpting a leg of the desired shape. Also cut out the window and form the door in the workpiece.
When the whole thing dries, paint the leg and glue the silicone to the base.
Step Four Hats
We make hats for mushrooms, for their formation we need a film. Smear the silicone on the film, and then fold the film and form the desired shape on the template. The author used an egg tray as such a template.
When the hats are ready, they can be installed, but first we’ll make the fasteners. The ends of the wire should remain on the legs, they must be bent with round-nose pliers into loops, this will be the fasteners for the hats. Glue the hats to the legs with silicone.
Step Five Dressing
We start decorating, for a start we paint the foil in black, it will be an imitation of the earth. And then we need moss, lay it on the base so that everything looks beautiful. We fix the moss with pieces of toothpicks, hide their ends in the moss.
We will also need white paint to make white spots on the main mushroom. That's all, the homemade product is ready, it remains to install a glass dome on top, so that the products do not fall in dust, and everything looks much more interesting under the glass.
