Many of you are very fond of cooking various dishes on the grill using the grill. This is done both in the oven and on an open fire. But there is one unpleasant problem - cleaning the grate of burnt oil and fat.
In this article, the author of the YouTube channel "DIRECTORY OF IMPORTANT MATTERS" will tell you how easy it is to clean the grate, without using harsh chemicals, metal brushes, and abrasive products. Hard chemistry means products containing sodium hydroxide (caustic soda). Such products quickly break down fats, but they are extremely aggressive for aluminum and your skin.

The cleaning process.
So, with the author, the grill was quite dirty. Of course, it can be cleaned with a wire brush, but it scratches the galvanic coating of the grating, and the metal in these places will be covered with a noble layer of rust. Moreover, barbecue grills are often stored with them in the barn.
The first step is to lay an oilcloth, twice the size of the grate. Then put the grate, and apply the usual liquid soap for the hands, the layer should be thick enough.
Then simply smear it over the entire surface of the grill.
Now you just need to wrap the film, releasing air bubbles as much as possible. The more soap left inside - the better.
Then wrap in another bag, also releasing air from it. This "work of art" should be left warm for at least a day, and preferably two.
After a day, we take out the grill from the bag and wash it with a regular brush with a plastic bristle or a sponge for dishes.
That's all, the grill looks like new. Even the soldering spots are cleaned perfectly. The same method can be used for baking sheets, skewers, and other kitchen utensils.
Thanks to the author for the simple method of cleaning the grates!
