MATERIALS:
Metal pipe profile 20 mm to 30 mm;
Water pipe metal in two sizes;
Pieces of parquet board; (remaining after repair.)
Furniture wheels;
Plastic plugs for profile pipe;
Wing bolt and nut to it;
Wood screws;
Spray paint (black.)
INSTRUMENTS:
Angle grinder;
Circles to it, metal cutting and grinding;

Sandpaper;

Foam sponge;
Electrodes and welding machine;
Electric jigsaw and a nail file to it;

Well, that’s probably all that the author needed to build this homemade product.
And first of all, the author will cut the profile pipe into pieces of the right size.
After it will process the edges.
Then he will weld two parts from these blanks. The first part is a regular rectangle.
Detail No. 2: this is also a rectangle, but without one transverse side.

Then, the master will cut a piece of suitable length from the water pipe.
And he will take another pipe, a little smaller diameter.
And also cut off a piece of it.
It processes the edges of the pipes, removing all burrs.
And finding the middle of the first part.
Welds a piece of pipe with a large diameter.
On the second part, the author will weld the workpiece from a pipe of smaller diameter.

Fitting.
After he makes a hole in the pipe on the first part.
And weld a nut to the hole.
It turned out something like this.
Trying on again.
And the installation of the clamping bolt, with the winged head.
Then he took the furniture wheels.
Dismantled them.
Then he welded the metal parts from the wheels to the first part, as shown in the photo.
After painted both parts in black.
And while the paint was drying, the author proceeded to the manufacture of countertops. To do this, he took six pieces of floorboard. And he made all of them, of the same length.
After connecting them.
At that time, the paint had already dried up, and the author proceeded to marking the fastening of the countertop.
After, in the marked places, the author made through holes for the screws.
And screwed the countertop to the table frame.
After rounded the edges of the countertops with a jigsaw.
After processed grinding wheel.
And he covered the board with a stain.
From all sides.
Next, set the wheels in place, pre-lubricating the axles with oil.
Then set the stubs.
And set the top of the table.
After adjusted the desired height.
