All craftsmen are faced with the need to grind various parts and surfaces. But not everyone device able to handle rounded objects.
In this article, the author of the YouTube channel "Be Creative" will tell you how in a few minutes he made a grinding nozzle for a hacksaw almost out of junk.

Manufacturing process.
To begin with, the author cuts off four blanks about 90 mm long from a 10X20mm bar.
Then polishes the edges with a grinder.
Folding blanks in pairs marks future holes.
In order to make the holes symmetrical, he fixes the pairs of blanks with a clamp and drills holes with a diameter of 4 mm.
A nail is hammered into the center of one workpiece from each pair so that it passes through and the hat is recessed.
Screws each pair of workpieces with bolts and nuts, inserting washers. The clamps are ready.
Then it cuts off the emery tape of the required length, and fixes it in the clamps. Moreover, cloves should be turned in the opposite direction from the working side.
It remains to insert the nails into the holes of the hacksaw, and pull the tape.

Pipe processing has become a little easier.
Of course, the author made a whip. To optimize it, for the clamps you need to take not a wooden beam, but sheet plywood. Instead of nails, screws are for the diameter of the holes in the hacksaw. The pressure screw caps should also be recessed at the bottom of the clamps. And instead of ordinary nuts, use wing nuts, then a wrench is not required to change the tape.
