Manufacturing process.
To begin with, the author needed material for the case, he did not have enough tough copper foil, and he cut out a small plate from a used spray can. To do this, it needs to be pierced in order to discharge the remaining gas, and at the same time, to ensure entry for scissors.
The resulting plate is leveled, and cleaned with sandpaper on both sides.
For the manufacture of spider legs, he will use a single-core copper wire of 1 mm cross section. Cleans from it isolation, freeing veins. By the way, the first layer of insulation, which is located directly on the wire, it is better to save without cutting. From it it will be possible to make tips for paws.
Since spiders have eight legs, he needed four of these rods. Having lubricated the surface of the plate with flux, it is soldered to it using a gas burner.

Now you need to cut all the legs to the same length.
The author cuts off the back of the plate, it is useful for a second contact.
It needs to be bent into this form.
Next, the master needs to glue the second contact to the body through the insulator, the trim from the plastic bottle is suitable. Details are glued together with second glue.
A vibration motor is glued to the place where the head of a normal spider is. It can be removed from any old mobile phone. It is important that the motor housing does not short-circuit the contacts.
It cleans the positive wire, and solders it to the upper contact with a soldering iron using flux.
In the same way, the negative wire is soldered to the body.
It remains to insert the battery, and the engine starts to work. Well, the spider, respectively, run around the table or floor. On the ends of the legs, it is advisable to put on scraps of insulation, which was removed from the wires.
By the way, if there is no desire to fool your head with the manufacture of a soldered case, then this model can be made from the head from an old toothbrush. True, it will be called robot cockroach.
