Step 1
Workplace preparation
Goats are installed. The fittings are laid on the goats; a spacer made of a tube and reinforcement is installed. Without this spacer, the workpiece will bend severely and cutting may not fit. The length of the spacer is equal to the length of the cutting.
Next, the distance from the edge of the reinforcement to the edge of the goat / is set. Then, cutting down lies flush with the edge of the goat.
Step 2
Span welding
Felling is welded.
The workpiece moves forward, the washers lie down * and the next cutting down, everything boils down.
Then the washers * again lie down and the next cutting down, boils again. And so on, until completely filled. At the span, the ends of the reinforcement should remain for fastening to the posts. Then, the workpiece is turned over and all joints are boiled. Then the finished span is removed.
Next, repeat step 2 to obtain the remaining spans (it takes a lot of time).
* Instead of washers, you can put decorative elements, such as forged leaves
Step 3
Fence installation
Pillars are installed. Spans are attached to them. Next, the fence is painted.
The result is a fence that is perfectly braided by climbing plants.
