Today I regretted that I deleted it to the basket. I almost finished the smokehouse and today I decided to mount a thermometer. As I wrote, there are two of them, one with a short sensor and the other with a long one. I decided to put a short one.

But it was not there. Looking closely at the scale, I realized that the thermometer was a masochist.

Between the numbers 50 and 100 there are eight divisions, respectively, each hundred 16 divisions. Those. the division value is 6.25 ° C. I immediately imagined how, using a smoker several times a year, I frantically think about what temperature is in the cell.
