Stranded wires, flexible, and also resistant to high temperatures due to silicone insulation (perfectly withstand the action of a soldering iron). Note the presence of markings repeating along the entire length of the wire.
The main characteristics of the wires are as follows:
• rated voltage: 300 V;
• permissible temperature: from -60 ° C to +200 ° C;
• core diameter: 0.08 mm;
• core material: tinned copper.
Plastic coils with wires are supplied in a sturdy cardboard box, made in the form of a kind of "organizer". One side of the box is equipped with holes, from which it is assumed to remove wires (each section with a hole is additionally painted in the color of the wire and signed in English). At the end of the box there is a mark on what section the wires are inside. This solution seems quite convenient, because so the coils will keep a neat appearance and will always be at hand.
The package includes six coils of wires of red, green, blue, yellow, black and white. Available to order are 18AWG, 20AWG, 22AWG, 24AWG, 26AWG, 28AWG and 30AWG. It should be noted here that the length of the wire on the coil directly depends on their cross section, so for wires with a cross-section of 30/28/26 AWG, each color will have 10 meters (60 meters in total), for wires with a cross-section of 24/22/20 AWG - 6 meters in each roll (36 meters in total), and for wires with a section of 18AWG, the length of the rolls will be 5 meters (30 meters in total)
Such a wire is an excellent (albeit not the cheapest) alternative to a rigid and unstable to high temperatures PVC-coated wire. By purchasing these wires, you get a really high-quality product that will serve you well.
