Here is such an unusual box made by the Master. Of course, large objects will not fit in it, but earrings, rings, chains can be stored.
So, to make such a box the master used the following
Tools and materials:
-Pine board;
-Sandpaper;
- Joiner's glue;
- Jointing machine;
-Rule;
-Marker;
-Compass;
- Band saw;
- Clamps;
-Spray varnish;
-Paint;
Step one: cutting blanks
To make such a box, you need to cut 7 blanks from the board. The preforms are the same in shape, but different in thickness. Three thick blanks for drawers and partitions, two middle ones for the top and bottom and two thin caskets between the tiers.
Step Two: Markup
Next, the master on three thick boards makes the marking of partitions and drawers. Design is free, at the discretion of the master.
Step Three: Sawing
Now you need to cut the workpiece. Before cutting, it is advisable to mark the parts.
Step Four: Assembling the Box
After cutting, we got partitions and blocks. The master glues partitions to the bases and jumpers. In total, three tiers are obtained. Naturally, you must adhere to the marking when gluing.
Step Five: Crates
The box is made simply. The workpiece is taken and the lower part is cut off, approximately 5 millimeters 5. Then the inner part is cut out. Now you can stick the box walls to the base.
Step Six: Finish
The boxes and casket are ready and need to be sanded. After grinding, the master covers the product with varnish, and the inside of the boxes with red paint.
After drying, the boxes are inserted into the openings intended for them.
