As always, the work of the wizard (the author of the Bonn Factory YouTube channel) begins with understanding the form on paper. Therefore, the first thing you need to draw is the outline of the ax.
Next, try on an idea, first on a template, and after that you can already start transferring the idea directly to metal. But the idea itself is to make an ordinary ax out of the ordinary. This time it will be something like a fan of chisels.
Also quite often, viewers of the Bonn Factory YouTube channel are asked to do something that can be repeated. So, according to numerous requests from subscribers, today the author will use only a grinder, no welding and special tools, a little sweat, but the result is worth it.
So, they figured a general view, everything seems to be fine. Now we start marking the ax, we begin to draw something similar and cut it with a grinder.

Since today's project will be without welding, so the author did not even begin to clean the paint from the ax. And since the author intended to do all the work with just a grinder, in order to do the job as accurately as possible, a cleanup circle will not be used to work with the relief, but we will continue to work as a cut-off. In general, it is quite normal and safe. It is of course worthwhile to understand that a thin disk is much more fragile and it is necessary to put less pressure on the grinder, respectively, but on the whole this is one thing, abrasive disks of different thicknesses.
We will also leave the ax unchanged. The master continues to develop the idea of simplicity and the possibility of further repeating his idea by other lovers to craft something do it yourself. Therefore, we simply peel off the factory paint from the ax, burn it a little with fire and adjust the size so that it all looks organically with a changed shape.
