Many of you have homework animals like a cat or a dog. But the dishes for them are usually made of plastic or metal, and rolls on the floor. Yes, and the appearance promises to be desired.

Manufacturing process.
So, the first thing the master cuts the blanks from the beech panel. These are two parts for the legs and one for the top.
Next, blanks for legs are marked using a pattern. And on the upper part there is a marking of the centers.
In the centers, the author drills holes for the needle of the circular nozzle.
The workpiece is fixed on a workbench using clamps, using a compass and a milling cutter, two circles are cut along the diameter of the upper part of the bowls.
Then the sharp edges are ground. Using a compass, the cut points are marked.
Now you need to trim the excess on the markup, and grind the part on the machine, and then manually.
Further details for legs are cut out and polished.
The next step, the master marks the future grooves for flat dowels.
Cut them with a lamellar milling cutter.
Installs the flat dowels in place and makes a trial assembly.
While the parts have not yet been glued together, the author puts several icons on the laser CNC machine.
Now all the parts are ready, and you can glue them together.
After the glue dries, the master processes all surfaces with coconut oil. It will certainly be harmless to animals that love to chew. furniture.
