Manufacturing process.
First of all, the master prepared everything necessary for this homemade work, and acquired it.
Then I cut the blanks from oak boards on a miter saw, this can be done manually.
I marked the centers on the blanks, using the template I transferred the dimensions of the circle to the blanks. Next, cut out the recesses for the fixtures. First, Vladimir drills the perimeter with a crown to the required depth.
Then with the help of a milling cutter selects unnecessary material.
Drilling holes on the side, leads the wires out.
Now he needs to glue the boards from the oak boards. Lubricates joints with PVA glue and tightens with clamps.
After drying, the glue drills holes for wires at the base.
Rounds off all faces of the base and other parts using a grinding nozzle for a screwdriver. Then sand it with sandpaper manually.
Leads the wire to the rear wall, and screwed the part with the lamp to the base.
He pulls the board out of the box, and tries on to the back wall. He had to disassemble everything and cut a notch for her.
Assembles everything again, and seats the LED module on hot-melt adhesive.
All connectors are cut to save space, and the wires are connected directly and soldered. The board itself is filled with hot glue.
Next, the master screws two rectangular diffusers to the base.
Two furniture hinges are also screwed to the back of the base. For greater importance, the master puts his own copyright mark.
It remains to treat all surfaces with wax or linseed oil.
