Manufacturing process.
First, Vladimir needs to make parts for the body of the shocker. He decided to make them not of plastic, but of ordinary wood. True, wood was also found of high-quality varieties. This is oak and teak. The author dismissed them.

After cutting the blanks, he glued a simple rectangular case from them.

With the choice of the battery, he also did not bother, and took it from the old phone. On this battery, the case is a plus. Standard 18650 batteries can also be used. It is much easier to find charge controllers for them.

Now you should solder the negative contact of the multiplier to the battery, and check the operation of the circuit.
After checking, you can solder the battery charge board.

Next, carefully insulate all the contacts of the battery and charge control board.

Vladimir tried to make a shocker contact group based on a tablet. But that was a mistake. Wood at high voltages, having its own humidity, conducts electricity quite well. Insulation in the form of hot melt does not help at all.

The master decided to remake the high-voltage head part, and made it from plexiglass. In addition, he did not use the latch button, but used a tact button with a very good recess. It is difficult to press, and the probability of accidental clicking is very small.

Then he glued the lower part of the body, and sanded it with a screwdriver with a nozzle.

The last stage of processing, the master rubs the wax mixture in the surface.

That's it! From the sound of this device, even a pack of aggressive dogs scatter in different directions.
