Sometimes it is very difficult to accurately perform the work with a standard glue gun nozzle, because the glue is supplied with a large drop, and the nozzle itself is quite inconvenient for gluing hard-to-reach spots, and then copper nozzles with ali can come to the rescue. All nozzles are equipped with valves to prevent leakage of glue (spring ball), and the threads are sealed with a silicone ring. Thread diameter - 11 mm, pitch 1 mm. The size of the nut is 12 mm; it can be tightened with either the key from the kit or the standard metric.
Three different sets are available to order - from three elongated, from one elongated and two medium, and also from three short ones. In each set, the internal diameters of the nozzles differ from each other and allow you to get lines of different thicknesses, as well as adjust the feed rate of the glue.
The nozzle dimensions are as follows (nozzle inner diameter x nozzle length):
• set 1: 1.5 mm x 55 mm / 2.0 mm x 38 mm / 3.0 mm x 38 mm;
• set 2: 1.5 mm x 70 mm / 2.0 mm x 70 mm / 3.0 mm x 70 mm;
• Set 3: 1.2 mm x 32 mm / 1.5 mm x 32 mm / 2.0 mm x 32 mm.
Nozzles do not leak, warm up quickly and are easy to install, glue does not harden in them, it comes out easily.
