This worktop master made as a gift for a friend. For its manufacture, the following
Tools and materials:
-Circular Saw;
-A circular saw;
-A screwdriver;
- Jointing machine;
-Grinder;
- Boards from maple;
-Finishing material;
-Roulette;
-Marker;
- Joiner's glue;
- Clamps;
Step One: Material Preparation
First, the master prepared the boards, cut them in length and adjusted them in thickness. Then the master cuts the boards into bars.
Step Two: Gluing
Further, the master glues the bars into three blocks, each block drives through the planer. then glues the blocks.
Step Three: Further Processing
When the countertop is stuck together, the master smoothes the surface with a planer and polishes it.
Then cuts off the ends of the workpiece and rounds the corners.
Step Four: Cover
Now it remains to cover the surface with a finishing composition and polish.
