Your fuse going to the amplifier has blown, but there is no spare. We take an old unnecessary salon light bulb, suitable length. The native fuse is carefully disassembled or broken, and we separate the glass from the contact caps. We drill the base of the caps approximately 4-5mm in diameter.
We select a fusible insert. In my case, these were factory inserts for removable fuses. But it can also be made of copper wire, if the single-core wire is about 1.5-2.5 mm in cross-section, it can be flattened to the state of the plate and an insert can be made of it. Next, the bulb serves as a fuse case, we put on the sides of the contacts from the old fuse, pre-threading the insert, and adjust to the size so that this whole structure fits into the fuse holder. Everything seems simple. The next time you close, you will immediately see that the fuse has blown, as the insert will burn out, and the light will just turn on and will signal to you that the insert has burned out. The only drawback of this design is that the insert burns not in the glass tube but outside the fuse, thereby damaging the plastic of the fuse holder housing.
But in my case, I did not notice anything criminal. Housing without damage. Again, I will say in advance, so that later they do not scold in the comments. Make the insert no larger than the insert in the original fuse. If in doubt, calculate the required fuse cross-section in online calculators or consult experienced electricians. The cross section for all will probably be different, because the current consumption of different systems is naturally different. And most importantly, everything was calculated for me, and the insert was even smaller in cross-section than the native one, of course, to work faster with a short circuit. Any enumeration of the cross section can be deplorable, if the fuse does not work, the wires will burn.I hope you are aware that this is a rather risky rework and what are the consequences of improper insertion.
Then my trouble happened, the hard computer died, so the next homemade will be only with videos, there are no photos left, and the vidos have long been uploaded to YouTube. I will try, of course, whenever possible to add photos if I have them somewhere in the group or on the old computer. In the meantime, something like this ... Sorry ...
