Manufacturing process.
So, the author first wanted to install this generator on his “loaf” car, however, his flow changes too abruptly and bubbles do not form. But for the imported car, everything worked as it should.
He bought 8 cans of soap bubbles. And also a toggle switch, which later will need to be installed in the cabin.
Now he poured soapy liquid into a glass, pulled out sticks with rings, and cut them to the same length.
Then he carved the faceplate out of the plastic round, although a cork from a 5 liter bottle would do.
The cut-off place turned out to be uneven, and he polished it.
Now, on the workpiece, I made a markup for eight launch sticks.
Also moved her marks to the sides.
Drilled eight holes with a drill of a suitable diameter.
Set all the sticks in their place.
Then pasted the axis of the gearbox in the Central hole of the resulting part.
When applying 12 V power, the revs were too high, so he lowered the voltage by adjusting it on the lowering unit.
I cut a small rectangular blank from plywood, and mounted the engine on it.
Electronic the circuit is very easy to assemble - just in front of the engine you need to solder the step-down module, and the power supply from the car itself is already fed to the input of the module.
Then the electronic module is placed in a plastic box. It is desirable to fill it with silicone sealant or "liquid tape".
Since this is a test version, the box with the module is simply secured to double-sided tape.
For the manufacture of the container, a piece of tin pipe was useful to him.
I made a L-shaped bracket from a steel strip for mounting the generator to the car body.Before bending, you need to drill two holes for screws.

Then he cut out blanks from tin, and welded a rectangular container for the solution from them.
Sharp edges polished on an orbital machine.
Attached the container to the generator.
The first tests directly in the workshop, using a blower, went perfectly.
Temporarily connected the power, and filled the container with soap and water.
Everything is ready, you can supply power to the engine, and start the car! The weather during the tests was not very sunny, but such a car in the stream looks very fun! The only problem may be the high speed of the car. But in traffic jams it will now be possible to cheer up both yourself and other drivers.
