DIY soap bubble generator

Hello dear readers andthe inhabitants of our site!
In this article, Amu, the author of the канала YouTube channel, will tell you how to make a very interesting toy for young children. The author called this unusual project a bamboo soap bubble machine.

The project is quite simple provided that you have bamboo. The project is quite simple provided that you have bamboo, but it can easily be repeated from PVC pipes.

Materials
- Bamboo trunks
- Board.

Instruments, used by the author.
- Hand planer
- Bow saw
- Hand drill
- Hatchet
- Chisels, hammer, pencil.

Manufacturing process.
Four pieces of the same length, 40 cm each, are cut from a bamboo trunk, approximately 5-7 cm in diameter.

4 more segments of the same length are cut from a thinner bamboo trunk.

Four thin cuts are trimmed with an hatchet on both sides, a conical shape at the edges is required.

In four thick segments, bamboo is cut through the hole on each side. The author first marks the place of hollowing with a pen.

Then the master works with an ordinary chisel.

Next, two large square sections of the hull are assembled.

In each such square, two more holes are drilled. Racks are driven into them - four more bamboo segments.

It turns out here is a design that the author puts on his side, and he drills an additional four holes, two in each, with a hand drill in the transverse bars. They will be required to install the axes of the mechanism.

An impromptu compass, he outlines the shape of an almost perfect circle and cuts it with a bow saw.

Then marks and cuts out the teeth. This will be the prototype of the gear wheel.

A hole is made in the center of the gear.

A small gear is made in the same way.

Next, the master plans two round wooden axes on which the gears will rotate.

Rods with gears put on them are threaded into previously prepared holes, a small gear over a large one.

A cap is put on the end of each shaft, which will prevent them from moving to the side.

Four neat holes are drilled in a bamboo round-shaped round timber. Four pre-cut blades are inserted into them. And now the propeller is ready.

A propeller is mounted on an axis with a small gear.

And on the axis with the drive gear a handle is attached.

Now you need to make a container for soap solution. In a thick bamboo trunk, stepping back from the jumpers, the master makes a wide slot.

Then, through holes are made at both ends of the bamboo, into which wooden knitting needles are then inserted. With their help, the container is attached to the body.

A washer with holes symmetrically located on it is put on the lower wooden rod.

Thin spokes with rings cut from bamboo are then inserted into these recesses. Only four.

And the bubble machine is ready, you just need to fill it with soapy water. To improve the quality of the bubbles, up to 1/3 of glycerol can be added to the solution. This will allow them not to burst longer.

The kids will be incredibly happy, especially the little ones, who are not good at launching soap bubbles.

Thanks to the author for a simple but interesting design for children!
All good mood, good luck, and interesting ideas!

Yes, with engineering, everything is fine with him!
I believe Amu well done. Even gears are not lazy to make manually.
Something wrong this grandpa Amu! Neither you nor you ARDUINO, neither to you ALi, nor to you the project on the computer! Everything in the yard, on your knee! goodgood
