In order to build a columnar foundation are necessary:
Asbestos-cement pipe;
Cement, crushed stone, and also sand;
Drill, hand grab;
Reinforcing rods;
Construction project.
You can also make sports equipment from pipes, for example, a horizontal bar. To build a horizontal bar, you will initially need to dig into the ground pillars of large the diameter of the pipes for the horizontal bar. At the same time, the immersion depth of these columns should be approximately one and a half meters, while the length of the products reaches two meters. Thus, half a meter of the column sticks out of the pit after it is immersed in the ground. After the pipes are dug, they are filled with concrete. Thus, it will be a solid base for the horizontal bar.
Immediately after the dug pipes were filled with concrete, pipes with a smaller diameter must be inserted into them. Their length is selected with the expectation that they will be partially hidden underground for a meter and a half. For this purpose, thick-walled pipes, the length of which reaches 380 mm, are most often taken. In this case, after they are immersed in concrete, only poles approximately 230 mm long will be visible on the surface.
In this case, it is necessary to immediately determine the width of the future horizontal bar. More often than not, it should not be too wide. For this, it is enough that there is a distance of about 120 mm between the posts. This is enough for training. The crossbar can be installed in several ways. The easiest way is simply to weld the crossbar to the tops of the posts.
However, this is not the most reliable method and, under the influence of the external environment, welds can diverge. Therefore, it is best to take a pipe bender and bend the crossbar at the edges so that the ends are freely inserted into the holes of the posts. And only after this is the cooking of the crossbar to the racks. Naturally, do not forget to paint the pipe with anti-corrosion paint after that. It is advisable to use a "hammer", which will serve as protection from the weather for at least 5 years.
