How to make a horizontal bar or foundation from a pipe?

It is notable for its simplicity of construction and high strength. The foundation is the foundation for any building. However, there are several of their varieties. And what kind of foundation you choose depends only on the type of future construction. If you want to build a garage, bathhouse or a light house in the country, the best solution would be foundation of asbestos-cement pipes. It has a fairly simple structure and has a very high strength.

For this, it is enough that there is a distance of about 120 mm between the posts. This is enough for training. The crossbar can be installed in several ways. The easiest way is simply to weld the crossbar to the tops of the posts.

However, this is not the most reliable method and, under the influence of the external environment, welds can diverge. Therefore, it is best to take a pipe bender and bend the crossbar at the edges so that the ends are freely inserted into the holes of the posts. And only after this is the cooking of the crossbar to the racks. Naturally, do not forget to paint the pipe with anti-corrosion paint after that. It is advisable to use a "hammer", which will serve as protection from the weather for at least 5 years.
