Manufacturing process.
So, the author found such rubbish from old boards.
He cut off flaws from them, and picked up four parts of the same width.
Then he glued them in pairs, and fixed them with clamps.
I polished their surfaces on a tape machine, and two pieces were obtained.
Now, having put both blanks together, he cuts out two identical squares from them.
The author had to pick up a crown, a slightly larger diameter of the bottom of the wine bottle.
Using a crown, he drilled a hole in one of the blanks. This will be the top of the structure.
Using the disk cut out by a crown, he marks on both preparations the required rounding of corners.
It connects the blanks with a masking tape, and polishes the corners on a typewriter.
Next, you will need two jumpers that connect the bottom and the "cover" to each other. The outer corners of these jumpers are rounded.
Using a drill with a countersink, Vladimir drills the pilot holes, and connects the bottom and lid with jumpers with flat head screws under the hexagon.
In order to close the screws on the upper surface, he will need two plugs. It will be records.
Using sandpaper, he turns them into two short “ice cream sticks”.
Visible screw caps on the top are simply sealed with caps.
Now you need to drill four holes for the handle.
The author uses a jute rope as a handle. Wrapping its end with insulating tape, stretches the first diagonal.
Then the second diagonal, and pulls the ropes up, measuring their desired length.
Tie a knot at the two ends, and cut off the excess.
He forms the handle in the upper part, wrapping both ropes with a thin thread.
He paints the product with a stain, then everyone must choose the color he likes best.
The topcoat can be linseed oil, wax, or varnish.
When everything is ready, such device Not only will it not accidentally drop the bottle, but it will also decorate your table.
