To make it, you need the following

Milling cutter;

-Varnish;

-Fasteners;
Step One: Sawing
First, the master passes the board through the jointer. Then he marks and cuts it into alternating sections of 2.5 and 5 cm. The master numbers each section. This is to facilitate further assembly.
Step Two: Angle
On each 2.5 centimeter workpiece makes a cut of 45 degrees.
Step Three: Chamfer
Now you need to collect all the sections in the order they were cut. After assembly, the master clamps the workpiece and chamfers the mill.
Step Four: Markup
Further, the master applies thin sections to thick ones and checks the evenness of angles and planes. Then he marks out, on each section, where there will be a hole for the dowel.
Step Five: Holes
Drills a through hole in each section.
Step Six: Build
Inserts each section, in order, on the dowel. Clamps the hanger with clamps. Trim the edges of the dowel.
Seventh step: stubs
Drills 1 cm dowel on each side. Cuts stubs. Apply glue to the hole. Replaces the plugs. Clamps with clamps.
