And all would be nothing, but over time, graphite dust accumulates here, which is a guarded conductor. As a result, over time, our anchor turns into a monolithic piece of shit. First, the power drops, the temperature rises, then the brushes burn, and then you throw it away.
This is the situation I had on a car starter, when in some places a dielectric burned out between the plates, dust periodically filled in there and the starter twisted like a sausage. But after washing with acetone, the starter became like new, for a while ...

So I wonder, is it the Chinese developers specifically doing this or a mistake?

But in many engines like 5V, 12V there are no gaps and everything is fixed by a dielectric, including starters. Such gaps will MONITELY reduce the life of the brushes and the motor, if not clean the gaps.

But with what to fix them, who knows? I tried epoxy, but it melts under temperature! We need varnish, but which one?
