Greetings to all readers and the inhabitants of our sites. Furrowing the Internet, I came across a very interesting idea for the manufacture of highchairs. I took it to my note, since the father himself has three children. I want to share this idea with you. After all, something done do it yourself, especially for their near and dear ones, many times better than purchased options.
1. To implement this plan, the author found sketches of animals on the Internet and printed them on a printer immediately in the right size on A4 sheets. I connected the printouts on the window so that I get a picture.
2. Sketches glued to 18 mm thick plywood. First I cut the blank of the dog, then the cat - these are the backs of future chairs.
3. From the same plywood, I cut out additional legs and a seat for each chair. Edged and edged all the details on a fraser machine. From the rails he assembled a base frame under each seat. To do this, the author cut the slats, folded them in a rectangle, missed the joints with the Joiner PVA and pulled the frame with clamps.
4. When the glue seized, additionally fixed the frame details with self-tapping screws.
5. To the finished base, using all the same clamp and screwdriver, first attached additional legs, then the back in the shape of a dog. Screwed the seat. Similarly assembled a kitten.
6. Both chairs need to be decorated. To do this, the author first painted them with water-based paint, and after she dried, transferred to the backs through a carbon copy drawings of muzzles. He summed up the contour with a pencil and decorated it.
7. Finished items of furniture The author varnished.
