Good day to all again. The author of the Men's Craft YouTube channel today will show us how he made such a casing for angle grinders.
What the master used: Angle grinder, electrodes, marker, drill, drill, cutting wheel, sheet metal, bolts with nuts, clamps, electric jigsaw, metal pipe, file, welding machine, vise, flap wheel.
And the first thing, the master, removes the protection from his angle grinder.
Then, on sheet metal, makes a marking according to the size of the protection.
Additionally, marking for fastening.
After fixes the sheet.
Apply a little oil to the cut.
And begins to cut the workpiece, the master cuts with a jigsaw.
After corrects the edges of the angle grinder.
Further in the places left for fastening, he makes holes.

Next, it processes the edges with a petal circle.
As a result, the author got such a detail. (Further, part No. 1)
Then the master, began to manufacture the next part, which he will also craft from sheet metal. And for this, he makes such markings on a metal sheet.

After, also cuts this workpiece.
Then connects both parts and fixing them with clamps.
In the second part it makes holes for fastening.

For the manufacture of part No. 3, the author took a piece of metal pipe and made a marking, as shown in the photo.
After I cut the blank for marking.
Removed unnecessary.
It turned out something like this.
After, the author processed all the places of the cut and thereby removed all the burrs.
Then, using a vise, the author slightly aligned the edge of the workpiece.

Then he worked the seams.
After, connected the parts with each other with bolts.
On top of the bolts, installed nuts (wing) for a more convenient installation fixtures on angle grinder. And all homemade ready.
This device is installed on the angle grinder directly to the factory protection.
And fixed on it with the help of nuts.
Then the author connects the vacuum cleaner hose to the device.
And the test begins.
Result: a little dust appears during deepening, and after dust there is practically no.
