Greetings to all readers and the inhabitants of our sites. What is best used to store various small items? Of course, boxes - do not take up much space, but to make them in home the workshop is not difficult.
For manufacturing, the author used trimmed boards.
First, on a circular saw we cut the strips of the right size for the sidewalls. Then we coat them with Joiner's PVA and glue them using joiner's clamps. In the resulting shield, mark the oval hole, it will be a pen. We cut the groove along the contour with an electric jigsaw. Similarly, we make another one of the same shield.
Then we connect the parts to each other with previously pre-cut rails of a suitable section. To do this, you need joiner PVA, self-tapping screws and clamps.
At the finish stage, the author polishes the assembled box from all sides.
By the same principle, it is possible to make a container for more, you just need to take a board and wooden slats of a larger cross section.
At the end of the work, each box can be impregnated with an antiseptic to protect the wood and cover them with colorless varnish.
