Surely many of you at least once in your life used a regular whisk to beat eggs. This process takes a fairly long time.
In this article, the author of the YouTube channel “KJDOT” offers you to improve this tool, and make it based on a small electric motor, battery, and charge system.
This homemade product is very easy to manufacture, and it can be repeated even inhome conditions.

Manufacturing process.
So, the author will use a small engine with a planetary gearbox. A special 3X5 mm adapter coupling is screwed onto the motor shaft.
Next, you need to make a case of PVC tube with a diameter of 25 and a length of 135 mm. For a tight fit of the engine inside the body, the master wraps it with insulating tape.
Now you need to solder the wires to the motor contacts. It is important to check the polarity and the direction of rotation of the rotor.
On the tube, the author marks the hole for the mixer switch. Then he drills a groove, and cuts it with a knife.
After these steps, you can install the engine in its place, and fix it with a second glue.
Now the author brought two wires into the hole of the switch, and soldered them to it in the gap.
The switch terminals are insulated with hot glue. Then the switch is glued to the body with a second glue.
Two wires from the engine, after the switch, are soldered to the battery charge controller. Contacts "OUT +" and "OUT -".
It is also necessary to solder the battery contacts to “B +” “B-”
After connecting all the contacts, it is worth checking the device for operability.Everything works for the author, so he will continue to assemble the homemade product.
The battery simply isolates the tape, inserts it into the case, and fixes it with hot glue.
Now you need to make caps for the charge controller and gearbox. This can be done from sheet acrylic. The master measures the inner diameter of the body, and marks the contours of the blanks on the sheet.
Acrylic is very easily cut with a hand jigsaw.
In the center of the blanks, the author drilled a pilot hole.
Both blanks are screwed to a dremel, and their perimeter is polished on sandpaper.
In the first blank, a hole is cut to the size of the Micro-USB connector, and glued to the charge control board. It is important that glue droplets do not fall into the connector.
From the second blank you need to make a ring, the inner diameter of which must coincide with the diameter of the fitting. The author fixes the workpiece in pliers, and drills a hole with a pen drill on wood.
Now you need to mix the components of quick-setting acrylic glue.
That's all, you can glue the plugs with the charge board, and front protection. To do this, lubricate the mixture with both the inner surface of the housing and the outer rings.
The master prepared two parts of stainless wire with a diameter of 2 mm and a length of 200 mm. Of these, he makes two sections for the corolla itself.
It remains to fix these two wires in the coupling, tightening the second hexagonal screw with a wrench. So, you can check - everything works fine.
Surprisingly, the author had an egg with two yolks. But the whisk copes with its task.
After work, you can set the device to charge. Through the case, even the red LED of the controller is visible.
In this tool, you can use not only such a small battery as the author used. You can apply the more common. You can use the same battery charge controller. To improve the appearance of the case, you can put it in a heat shrink tube.
