Step One: Outer Case

Step Three: Pallet

Step Four: Burners
The master has extensive experience in the manufacture of propane burners. The disadvantage of propane is that when it burns, condensate is released as a by-product. Those.There should be a well-ventilated area.

In this case, propane will provide rapid heating and maintaining the desired temperature. There will be four burners for this furnace, two tubular burners at the bottom and two jet burners in the furnace body.

These burners are very easy to manufacture and generate a lot of heat, and they will heat the bulk of the oven. The burners are made of a stainless round pipe in which two holes are drilled. Two pieces of a profile pipe are welded to the pipe.





Then the burner was fixed and tested. The burner is mounted with a slight upward slope so that the flame hits the metal sheet.








After testing, the master dismantled one burner, as the temperature was very high. The photo shows that the upper part of the body is deformed.

Tubular burners.
These burners are also very easy to manufacture and will be used to heat the oven floor. The master used two stainless steel tubes, then cut into them, across, 1 cm slots. At the end of the tubes, connecting bells were welded.

Both burners operate on a single propane cylinder. Each burner (top / bottom) is regulated by a separate valve. The master mounted the gas adjustment knobs in the front of the furnace.
Step Five: Facing
During the test, the furnace body was slightly deformed, and the master decided to tile it. He fixed the tile to the body with silicone sealant. According to him, it can withstand high temperatures.







Step Six: Front
The oven door is removable, made of a strip with tiles glued to it. Two pins are welded on the strip, and two holes for them are drilled on the frame of the furnace.




A round hole is cut out in the door and a thermometer is installed.



Step Seven: Getting Ready
After completing all the work, the master washed and cleaned everything. He recalls that the non-stick coating, discussed in step three, must be done after each use of the oven. In this case, the pallet will not rust, and products will not stick to it.



The oven is ready. Oven heating time is less than 5 minutes. The master is pleased with his product. According to him, he has already prepared several types of pizza. The heat this oven can reach can easily make Neapolitan-style pizza with beautiful speckled crusts. The temperature in the furnace, according to the master, can reach 1000 ° F (537 ° C).

The best pizza dough is made from several ingredients: water, yeast, flour, sugar / honey and salt. If you have access to 00 Italian Flour, this is the perfect pizza making solution. Flour 00 is finely ground and absorbs water at a different speed than regular flour.

Test recipe.

Ingredients:
1 liter of water at room temperature
50 grams of olive oil
25 grams of sea salt
1500 grams of flour
10 grams of honey or sugar
5 grams of dry yeast

Pour water into a bowl, add yeast and honey, mix well.
Add 1000 grams of flour and mix for about 5 minutes.
Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
Put the dough on a floured surface, then add the remaining flour, salt and olive oil and mix well. Knead for 15-20 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Form into a ball, grease with a small amount of olive oil and leave for 1 hour.
Next, take a baking sheet and sprinkle with flour. Cut the dough into two halves, and then into pieces of 200 grams and form balls. Put on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour, sprinkle with flour and cover with a film.Leave for 6-8 hours at room temperature.


The filling is prepared as follows.
Pour one large can of San Marzano tomato juice into a large bowl and add:
1 handful of fresh basil
1 tablespoon of sea salt
a few tablespoons of olive oil
Stir, but do not rub the ingredients.

Then the master rolls the balls of dough into pancakes. Place a thin layer of sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Heats the oven to 800-1000F and puts pizza in it. After 30 seconds, turns the crust on the other side to the flame. Repeats the rotation operation. In a couple of minutes, the pizza is ready.
The end result was an amazing pizza with a good crisp, achievable only when it is cooked at super-high heat and with the right recipe and cooking technique!
