How and from what to make 1000 pencils? The master decided to make pencils from old pallets. Let's see how he did it.
Tools and materials:
-Pallet;
- Joiner's glue;
-Varnish;
-Style;
-Circular Saw;
-Metal detector;
-Pneumatic nail puller;
-A circular saw;
- Reysmus;
-Grinder;
- Clamps;
-A printer;
-A computer;
-Iron;
Milling cutter;
Step One: Material Procurement
The master parses the pallet. Removes nails. Checks the boards with a metal detector for metal objects.
Step Two: Thicknessing Gauge
Processes boards on a thicknesser. Then saws on the workpiece.
Step Three: Gluing the Planks
Glues planks into blocks.
Step Four: Pencil Blanks
Further, the master cuts the blocks into rectangular slats. This is the future of pencils.
Step Five: Grooves
On two opposite sides of the workpieces, the master makes, with a mill, longitudinal grooves along the entire length. Then each piece is cut exactly along the middle.
Step Six: Bonding the halves of pencils
Now you can glue the pencils. The craftsman stacks a row of pencil halves with grooves up. In each groove it is laid on a stylus. Coats halves with glue. Top puts the second half of the pencil. Then he turns the pencils 90 degrees and clamps with a clamp.
Seventh step: grinding
Then the master polishes the pencils. He prints the inscription “CAROLINA” on a laser printer in a mirror image and uses the iron to translate the inscription into pencils. Then opens them with amber varnish.
All 1000 pencils are ready. It remains for the master to figure out what to do next with them-)))
