I welcome all fans to craft, I propose to consider instructions for making useful nozzles for grinders, which will allow you to clean the pipes from rust, and also with it you can remove the bevels on knives and not only. The nozzle is a small grinder. To collect homemade not difficult, the author collected all of the pieces of pipes and a wheel from a skateboard. Materials and tools used by the author:

Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. Drive wheel
First of all, we will make a driving wheel, then the author decided to use a finished wheel from a skateboard. The wheel needs to be disassembled, inside it is rubber. We need to firmly fix the wheel on the shaft of the grinder, for this we insert a piece of steel tube into the wheel of the wheel.
As an axis, we use a bolt on which the wheel will be tightened with a nut and washers. At the end of the bolt, a nut should be welded, which will be screwed directly onto the grinder shaft.
Step Two Clamp
We make a clamp for the grinder, it will cling to the part where the grinder guard is attached. The clamp is made from a piece of a round pipe, but the author did not find such a pipe, and he bent the clamp from a steel plate. At the ends of the plate we weld nuts or other pieces of iron so that the clamp can be pulled together with a bolt.
Step Three Frame and driven wheel
We assemble a simple frame from pipes, it should be telescopic, that is, one pipe enters another. The author used one pipe round and one square, external. We weld a round pipe to the clamp.
We put the fasteners for the driven wheel at the end of the square pipe; the fasteners are an ear made of a steel plate. As for the driven wheel, it can be made of a radial bearing and a piece of pipe, or you can use the same wheel from the skate.
The author temporarily fixed everything with a key, put the sanding belt and began to turn the pipes so that the tape was centered on the wheels. Then, to connect the pipes, a hole was drilled and a nut was welded into which a fixing screw was screwed. In the end, you can center any tape by simply turning the outer square tube around a round one.
Step Four Emphasis
We make an emphasis for the nozzle, it will allow to remove the slopes on the knives, as well as perform various other work on flat grinding. As an emphasis, the author adapted a piece of the corner, the emphasis should be removed, so the author did not fasten it with screws.
Step Five Test
The machine is ready, it remains to clean and paint everything well. The homemade product perfectly cleans a rusty steel pipe, and when the stop is installed, excellent bevels can be brought out on the knife. The disadvantage of the design is that there is no spring that pulls the tape, however, but the author did everything simply and the tape can always be pulled manually.
