I’ll tell you about my organizer for my home workshop. Made it from PVC plastic pipes and PVC sewer plugs.
Homemade very useful and allowed to clean up my many cogs and screws.
I bought everything I needed at the nearest hardware store:
- PVC corners 2pcs.
- PVC plugs 2pcs.
- Mount for PVC pipes 7pcs.
- PVC plugs diameter 100 mm 7pcs.
- PVC pipe 1pc, length 1m.
Step 1. I take the plugs and cut off the bezel. If you do not want to bother, you can leave it as it is.
Step 2. Sanding the cut edges with sandpaper.
Step 3. I take the plugs and drill a hole for the bolt. There are casting marks on the plugs. They are all located on the same level, so there is no need to measure distances.
Step 4. I take the fasteners and fasten them to the plugs. He took the M4 screws and locknuts. It was fixed reliably.
Step 5. I take a PVC pipe. I cut off a piece of the desired length and proceed to assemble the base of the organizer.
Step 6. I mark where the plugs will be placed, I screw them to the wall and fix the base on them.
Step 7. Additionally, you can divide the plug using a partition. So you increase the amount of storage space.
Organizer is ready for use. I'm right-handed, so I placed the organizer on the right side. Using it is very convenient. Containers can be interchanged, change the height of the installation, add additional containers. A lot of possibilities!
That's all. Thanks for attention!
