If your toaster is out of order and everything in it is so rusted and crumbled that it makes no sense to repair, you can make an unusual sculpture out of it, using the advice of the author Instructables under the nickname M.C. Langer.
In addition to the toaster, the master takes ... in general, everything that comes to hand is shorter. Don't you have the exact same thing? Think of what to replace from the existing one. This sculpture is not for exact repetition; it is intended, rather, for free retelling. There are no two artists who see the same and have the same means.
The master removes everything heavy from the toaster (of course, disconnected from the network), leaving one case:
The master dismantles the clamp from the Dewar vessel, designed to store liquid nitrogen, into two parts. Drill holes in the clamp halves. These will be the "legs" of the sculpture. Attaches two docking stations for wireless mice with corners. And these will be the “shoes”.
Disassembled, of course, also in the form disconnected from the network, the faulty PSU from the Nintendo 64 game console. The case of the unit is used to attach the "legs" to the "cephalothorax" of the sculpture - toaster.
From the “pancakes” from the hard drive with a large number of bad sectors (if it had the necessary data, it is necessary to backup them before opening) and the plastic parts from the broken baby stroller, the master makes two “claws” of the sculpture.
"Hands" of the sculpture are pieces of metal pipes from the same stroller. The springs have a decorative purpose.
Turning over the case from the toaster, the master drills holes in the handles for carrying and adds corners, "shoulders". Removes the crumb tray, bends it, adds a case from the PSU of the Nintendo 64 console.
The master drills a hole in the front of the toaster, installs a battery fan, and a lens on it. The fan secures it to the battery cover - it is connected to the toaster body. Of course, both the fan and the lens are also spoiled.
The case from the laptop power supply unit, which immediately got empty to the master, he turns into a lamp that installs inside the toaster so that it shines through all the cracks, including large recesses for pieces of bread. The lamp in the lamp must be installed, of course, LED, and not compact fluorescent, as in the version of the master.
All parts of the sculpture are ready, the master collects it.
And while some are promoting anti-plushinism, others are only happy about this - who will receive parts for such sculptures.
