Network controller - SK-6F

I developed the device to be used for the timely and safe shutdown of equipment, processing centers, numerically controlled machines, automated production lines, etc. The controller provides information about the state of the main and backup (generator or accumulated) networks. Generates commands for correct, without failures, disabling automation when changing network parameters. This is especially important during the process. For example, the workpiece is machined on a lathe. And at the time of an unpleasant event, the special outputs of the device can be used to form a command to remove the cutter from the working area and thereby eliminate the marriage of the product. The network controller (SK-6F) stores information about what happened to the network when it stopped. This allows you to analyze the nature of the malfunction and eliminate it in a timely manner. SK-6F is powered by a 24V source with an uninterrupted circuit. It is mounted on a rail in a cabinet next to the automatic and electronic equipment of the protected machine.

Korolev,
The reaction is almost instantaneous, (see passport), since this scheme was developed taking into account the operation of machines with thyristor converters still used. New machines in production with synchronous drives have a much greater tolerance and everything is easier there ....

Pronin,
No, not from the battery. Most machines have their own - 24v. with backup battery for CNC. The green LED indicates that everything is normal. When a critical undervoltage or excess occurs in the main network, it goes out and the red LEDs corresponding to the emergency light up. The process of the machine stops. If a backup network fails or crashes, the yellow indicator lights up, information is transmitted to the remote control or the CNC system, while the machine does not stop working and the operator decides to continue working or not. And in the photographs it’s just a glare, so I took it ...
"SK-6F is powered by a 24v source with an uninterrupted circuit." Is it from the battery?
