I welcome all fans to craft, I propose to consider instructions for making a hookah from brass do it yourself. The author’s hookah turned out to be beautiful, reliable, and works well, however, the author did not assemble the design correctly. The essence of the hookah is that the smoke passes through the water, thereby being cooled and somewhat cleansed, with the author the smoke goes above the water. But this design can be easily modified by simply lengthening the tube entering the tank. The author has turned almost all the details on a lathe, you can not do without it. Manufacturing process homemade:
Step one. Turning works
First of all, the author makes all the necessary details from brass. These are various nuts, and the union and other details. The size of the parts is selected according to the diameter of the existing tubes; rubber tubes must also be selected for these tubes. Step Two Tee assembly
At the exit of the glass tank, in the upper part there is a tee, it is through it that we will draw in smoke. The main important detail of this tee can be considered a valve, a steel ball is used as a locking mechanism. If inhaled, close the valve, and if you blow it heavily in the hookah, the valve opens and releases smoke.
This valve is needed to purge the hookah, this will allow cooling the smoke inside, driving out bitter overheated smoke and so on. A special cover with holes is placed above the valve, and smoke comes out through them.

Step Three Handsets
We cut the pipes to the desired length and bend to bend the pipe, the author heats it with a gas burner. One pipe will stick vertically out of the glass container, this will be the inlet pipe. A smoking mixture bowl will be placed on the upper part of the pipe; to install the bowl, the author has machined a brass fitting and soldered to the end of the pipe.
Well, we will hold the second piece of the pipe in our hands, and suck in smoke through it.
Step Four Polishing, assembly and testing
When everything is ready, we polish all the details on the machine, now you can assemble the homemade product. Do not forget to put the ball into the tee valve. We put a ceramic bowl on the inlet pipe, we load the smoking mixture into it. Foil is usually placed on top of the mixture; we put coals on the foil.
Having poured water into a hookah, we try to pull smoke on ourselves. If it will be difficult to drag, you need to reduce the water level. If it is too easy to drag, the smoke may be too hot, you need to find the optimal water level. In general, the author blew and happy from the presence of such a homemade product.
