An interesting alternative to children's block designers was invented and made by a student from India. For the manufacture of such a constructor, the following
Tools and materials:
-Wooden bars;
- dowels;
- Joiner's glue;
-Linseed oil;
- Planing machine;
-Hammer;
-Sandpaper;
Step One: Drawing
Each block has a standard size of 15x25x75 mm, three through holes in the side and two dowels from the end of the block.
Step Two: Sawing
First, the master rounds the bars in thickness. According to the size, it cuts the bar into blocks. In total, the master makes 54 blocks.
Step Two: Grinding
Grinds blocks.
Step Three: Holes
Marks and drills holes.
Step Four: Dowels
Cut the dowel into 25 mm segments. Installs them in the end holes pre-lubricated with glue.
Trims the edges of the dowels in length. It is necessary that the dowels are no longer than the thickness of the blocks.
Everything is ready, now you can show imagination in the assembly of figures.
