Mobile Cutting Machine

Cordless drill is convenient for everyone. Rescued more than once. The use of a cordless drill with various attachment accessories will be appreciated by the master. And in the absence of electricity, it is not possible to use a grinder, an electric drill ...

There is a case for storing the instrument and the battery and charger.

We will use a case for the bed. Drill as an electric drive, on which it is possible to fix a cutting, emery, grinding wheel in a chuck. You can put a saw with a larger diameter or apply other technical solutions. A possible way of attaching a power tool to the bed using plastic clamps.

We use the cover of the case to fasten the material to the guides of the processed material, (it was tested on plastic skirting boards), lower the cover and everything is obtained the desired part.

For convenience, it is necessary to fix the electric drill in the case. You can also lock the start button of the electric drill. Fixing parts in guides for different materials, you can use plastic wedges, or wooden.

What was at hand was used. It is possible to use other options for the case so that it becomes as irreplaceable as a cordless electric drill.

For example, add folding light legs and you have a portable workbench.

Materials and tools:

- cordless electric drill
case
- cutting wheel
- centering washers 2 pcs
- washers 2 pcs
-bolt
- 2 pcs curved screws

This is just an idea and requires technical development.

And I made this conclusion not only on the basis of that experience with a drill. Just now, among my many tools there is a polishing machine. It is a large grinder, only with low revs and their smooth adjustment. Somehow in the country house it was necessary to cut the corners - fifty, and there only a small 125th Bulgarian is “constantly living” with me. And this polisher was there too, because I polished the car there. And in the car there were circles of the 180s. I decided, so as not to be tormented by a small one, put a large circle on a polishing wheel - a Bulgarian - it’s also a Bulgarian. The result is the same as with a drill then! The circle leaves, but the corner is not cut! so the point is precisely in revolutions!
Well, I inserted into the drill through the cartridge, I got a very long axis in the end, and this definitely leads to a big beating. That's why I made this conclusion.

But you are probably right about burning metal. So I figured such an option that if you make the speed too low, the sparks will not fly at all, and the metal will not be cut, but at high speeds the metal will heat up and as you say it burns.
And why is it so minimized in a grinder? I have experienced some grinders of 5 bearing replacements - I work until I spawn)))) At the end, the backlash is generally a millimeter around the circle ... And nothing - it cuts fine. And in the drill I have a factory adapter for the circle / emery. Was in a set with a clamp for attaching the drill to the table. And it is not placed in the cartridge, but instead of the cartridge - directly on the cone. There is no backlash!
No, it’s about the turnover ...
Have you ever wondered why in the small grinder 11 thousand, and in the big - 6300-6500? And calculate the linear speed of the point on the outer diameter of the 115th and 230th circles. It is about the same, although angular and almost twice as different! Otherwise, it will not burn, but will be cut like a simple thin emery! And wear out just as fast!

By the way, in the early 90s I somehow brought a whole boar with carcass weight ... They cut it off with my wife and she asked me to twist all the trimmings into minced meat. I felt sad - there was a mountain of meat, and then we were almost poor, there was no electric meat grinder! That drill helped - by experimenting, it was possible to fix a meat grinder on one side of the table, and a drill on the other. The clamp had an adjustment in height ... He removed the handle, clamped the end of the screw in the cartridge - ehhh, beauty !!!! )))))))))

By the way, I looked today - I still have it. It’s called “Alesia”, not “Master” ... And there are all ways - both a clamp and nozzles - an emery, a jigsaw, a circular saw, and a lathe for wood made from it ...
It’s just that I haven’t used it for 10 years - I have it all separately and not in one copy)))))
somehow I also cut a lot with a drill ... yes, the circle quickly goes out of order, but not from revolutions, but from the beating. Since, just as if you don’t pinch the circle, there will still be hacking and beating. And in the cartridge itself, no matter how high-quality it is, there is a heartbeat. But in the grinder there it is minimized.

Well, you do not need to press on the circle.
In the early 90s, when grinders were just appearing, and not everyone saw them, I bought cutting wheels in Poland. (We have not yet sold). I had a drill with a clamp (It seems that the “Master” set was called. I can be mistaken. A drill with nozzles is an emery, a circular saw, a jigsaw. A powerful drill is 500 W. And not the Watts that are now indicated by thousands in the case .... Compared its power then with a 500-Watt Bosch - Bosch is much weaker)). As a razhdak, she worked normally. I put a cutting wheel instead of emery. To cut the corner - 40-ku it took me more than 2 circles !!! Expensive and sorry then ...)))).
But, if such a circle is on the grinder, then it will be enough to chop the same corner as a sausage)))))).
It’s all about revs! In their grinder - 11 000 !!! The circle does not work like a simple abrasive - the metal also burns ....
The idea is good ... but only as an idea)))). In practice, a screwdriver will cut ... well, maybe some tin, which is easier with scissors ....
