There is not always time and desire to clean the house, but modern technology allows you to create robotic cleaners. These include a robot vacuum cleaner that travels around the room for hours and collects dust.

But like robots expensive and not everyone can afford such a useful acquisition, as in other things, and hire a cleaner who will clean for a certain amount. As a result, there are several options for solving such a not-so-pleasant task. Some will still take up a rag and detergents, while others will make a robot cleaner with their own hands. About how to make a simple robot and will be discussed in this article. However the robot made do it yourself, will not solve all the tasks associated with cleaning, but it will be able to grate the table and the floor to shine.

So, to begin with, we will deal with the materials necessary to create a robot cleaner.
- Plastic plate or frisbee plate
- 3 small floor brushes
- 2 fans from the computer
- 3 adjusting mounts
- 9V battery and battery connector
- Self-locking couplers or clamps
- Bolts and nuts

Having prepared all the necessary elements, you can begin to create a robot cleaner. To start, drill holes at the ends of the brushes.

Using bolts and nuts, fasten the adjustment bracket to each brush.

Drill six holes for mounting brushes in a plastic plate. For clarity, see the photo below. Note that each pair of holes is equally distant from each other.

Attaching the brushes to the plate is the next step in creating a robot cleaner. Use bolts and nuts for fastening. Set the sliders of the adjusting fasteners to the middle position.

In order for the robot cleaner to move, you must create an engine. To do this, carefully break out the three blades of the fan. At the second fan, also break out the three blades, only in a different sequence.

Next, hold the battery between the fans. In this case, the fans should be directed front (front) side to the battery.

Fasten the fans with the battery clamped in place with ties.Fans should be parallel to each other. The vibration motor is ready.


The robot cleaner is almost ready, you just need to attach the vibration motor from the fans and batteries. To do this, drill 8 holes in a plate as in the photo below. Using ties, attach the motor to the center of the plate.


Next, throw the terminals, and the robot cleaner will begin its work. Perhaps, when moving, the robot will go sideways. In order for the robot cleaner to spin steadily, adjust the adjusting fasteners.

As you can see, the robot does not require special skills and cash costs. To create the robot, inexpensive materials were used, some of which, for example, fans, can be removed from the old computer.
