In order to make do it yourself, a sealed container for storing small items afraid of dampness and moisture, we need the following things - two plastic bottles with corks (the size of the bottles does not matter). Of the tools needed to make homemade, you will need a construction or office knife, an adhesive gun and sandpaper (nulevka).
When the source material and the required tools are assembled, we proceed to the “handiwork”. To begin with, with a construction knife, cut off the neck of both bottles - only that part of them where the thread is located and the cork is twisted.
When this operation is done, we clean it, with sandpaper, the place of cuts on the necks so that there are no burrs left on them (they will interfere with further gluing of the parts).
The burrs, on the slices, are removed - we proceed to gluing the resulting parts. To do this, we apply, with an adhesive gun, plastic glue to the cleaned section, in a circle, the neck of the bottle and without waiting until it cools down, we apply and press down to it a section of the second neck. After pressing the parts with slices to each other, we hold them in this way for about a minute, so that the glue cools down.
To keep the parts tighter and the glue line does not leak, we glue it again from the outside in a circle.
We give the glue time to cool and everything, the sealed container is ready for use.
