For this we need: a hammer, scissors and a hacksaw for metal, a piece of galvanized pipe, duct tape and pliers.
First, divide the pipe into two equal parts, and make a small cut in the center. Then cut one half lengthwise. As a result, we get a T-shaped incision. To make it convenient for you to work with the pipe, clamp it in a vice, using a wooden block (thereby eliminating the deformation of the pipe when squeezed by a vice).
Then with the help of pliers we give our spade the desired shape. The correct shape of the shovel should be in the form of the letter V.
Then, using scissors for metal, we proceed to cutting the blade itself.
The next step is to smooth the corners of the pipe and wrap them with duct tape. The blade blade must be cleaned and sanded well. If you need to extend the blade, then drill a small hole in the pipe and insert the handle, the length you need, into it.
Sharpen the tool and you can begin to perform the necessary work!
