The balcony is most often used to store things that did not find a place in the apartment, either as a special recreation area, or even as a small home workshop. However, in all cases, free space in it is always limited. In this article, I suggest you familiarize yourself with the manufacturing method. do it yourself a full table, which at the same time will occupy very little space.
For its manufacture, we need a furniture board 400x800 mm as a table (dimensions depend on your balcony), a bar 40x60x2000 mm, a piano-type hinge of at least 450 mm in length, gas lift, self-tapping screws.
Using a hacksaw, we cut a bar 80 cm long (along the length of the table), and two wooden bars 30 cm long.
We fasten the piano-type loop to the 80 cm bar using self-tapping screws.
This bar must be fixed to the wall (the height of the standard table is most often 80 cm from the floor). To do this, we screw in the timber from both ends of the screws until a sharp end appears on the back (the balcony is not lined with clapboard, therefore, the fastening will be carried out by drilling holes with a perforator).
Mark on the wall, make holes and fix. Similarly, we set the bars 30 cm long, but perpendicular to the bar 80 cm long. As a result, we get:
The 30cm bars could not be reliably fixed with a punch because of the "friability" of concrete, so in the photo they are fixed using plates to the main bar.
Next, we fix the furniture board to the piano-type loop. Here you may need an extra pair of hands. For clarity, the photo shows the mount with the bar removed from the wall.
We install a gas lift (select the load of the lift at least 10 kg) according to the instructions attached to it. For reliability, two must be installed at both ends.
The stationary table is ready. It can be painted or varnished. Thanks to the gas lift, the table easily rises and holds a horizontal position. The prime cost amounted to 450 rubles.
