So, we need a regular wire, a cartridge, which can be purchased for about 5-6 cu, a jar of soap bubbles, the bottom of which you need to cut and drill a passage on the lid, as well as a motor that will twist the cartridge and drill.
The materials are ready, you can go to the process of manufacturing mini drills. First of all, we need to attach the cartridge to the motor. If the motor is taken from another tool or device, it must be degreased with alcohol, and put on hot glue. If in this case the structure is unstable and vibration appears, the hot glue should be replaced by cold welding, which is a mineral-polymer composition with two compounds, mixing which turns out something like plasticine. They need to cover the hole on the cartridge, and then attach the motor. This must be done quickly, because cooling cold welding becomes as strong as iron.
When the cartridge is attached to the motor, it must be placed in a jar through the lower cut-off part so that the wires exit the upper part. In the process of stuffing the motor into a jar, you need to cover it with hot glue for better fixation.
On the lid, you need to attach a switch from the jar and make a separate passage for the power wire.
The mini drill is almost ready. Now you should solder the power wires, as well as the motor. The correct soldering circuit is shown in the following diagram.
In the lid of the jar, it is necessary to ensure complete insulation of all wires, which can be achieved by gluing everything with hot melt adhesive.
The mini drill is completely ready. It remains only to assemble it, that is, screw the lid to the jar.Such a drill can be used through a power supply or batteries, which makes the tool truly mobile, as it should be, because it is often necessary to drill a hole where there are no outlets.
Separately, it should be noted that when choosing a cartridge, it is advised to abandon the collet, because they are not so practical and you have to change the entire cartridge to change the drill.
