For this crafts, the manufacture of which is not difficult, you will need 2.5 meters of copper lacquered wire with a diameter of about 2 mm (in its absence it can be made from another soft wire).
First you need to fold this wire in half, fix one end on a stationary object, and twist the other by rotation until it is curled to its full length. It is better to do this with any drill or rotor. The frequency of the curling step should be uniform and smooth, as in the photo
Next, the resulting twisted wire is once again wound onto the plate. You can use a plastic ruler, as in the example

Now carefully remove it from the ruler
The resulting spiral needs to be developed as in the photo
Rough ends bite with side cutters
Make a ring out of a spiral, and merge the ends of the wire and wrap them with thin wire.
Can solder
Align the ring in one plane and paint over the joint.
