We make a gel flavor at home

In stores, a huge number of a variety of gel flavors are presented. Many of us buy these fragrances without even thinking that factory-made air fresheners can cause serious harm to the health of adults and children. Especially children need everything naturally, otherwise there may be problems with the respiratory tract, as well as an allergic reaction.

In this material we will consider a method of manufacturing a flavor in home conditions. At the same time, the fragrance will consist exclusively of natural ingredients, which means that it will be completely safe for health.

So we need:
- Essential oil, which can be purchased at the pharmacy,
- Paint for eggs, which is sold in grocery stores,
- Two jars or other containers in which we will fill the gel base,
- 15 gr. gelatin
- Disposable cup
- And distilled water (you can use ordinary water, but it deteriorates over time, which cannot be said about distilled water, which is as pure as possible).


First of all, we need to pour distilled water into a glass and pour it into a larger vessel.


Then pour the gelatin and heat until the gelatin dissolves.


While the gelatin solution cools, you can prepare jars. We need to pour half a bag of dye in one jar and half a bag in a second. Two different colors can be used. After that, drip about 25 drops of essential oil into each jar.


Pour the gelatin base into jars and mix everything thoroughly. When all the ingredients are well mixed, we need to close the lid of the jars and place them in a cool place.


It is advised to make an experimental flavor for the first time. The fact is that after using 25 drops of essential oil, the smell of the finished flavor can turn out to be too cloying.If the smell is pungent or cloying, you can make a new flavor by dripping less essential oil, for example 15-20 drops.

In the end, it can be noted that such a gel flavor will be an excellent freshener for a room, including a nursery. Compared to store flavors, our flavor does not consist of special chemical additives that can seriously harm the health of family members.
