Especially in the summer, when the heat reaches unbearable levels on the street, many laptops begin to work intermittently. Although ventilation systems are installed on laptops, regular ventilation does not always do the job. As a result of overheating, the computer starts to turn off, which is completely unpleasant, especially if the same laptop is needed to work. Especially for such cases, special devices have been created, which are additional fans. Such fans are inserted into the case and placed under the laptop, which provides even more ventilation and even more cooling. Such cooling for a laptop can always be purchased at stores, but you can do it yourself if you wish.

To make cooling, we need:
- A folder that is known as the “Crown”;
- Fan (can be removed from the old computer);
- Universal power supply;
- Wires;
- A piece of copper foil (can be cut from any can);
- Insulating tape;
- Paper;
- Glue.
The most difficult in the whole process can be called the manufacture of the connector.
We take a suitable piece of wire or a nail and solder to a small wire. This piece will become the central contact.
In addition, a piece of copper foil should be soldered to another wire.
Next, we wrap a piece of paper with glue on the central contact. It should be wound so that the roll does not cover the tip of the contact, which in turn should have the same length as the plug of the power supply. The diameter of the roll should also be consistent with the diameter of the plug.
Now we need to add the second wire to the plug, to which we soldered a piece of copper wire and complete the manufacture of the plug. This is done in the same way as the first wire, but there is one caveat. We need to take the long end of the copper foil and carefully bend between the layers.
The plug is actually ready. It remains to wrap it with insulating tape and solder it to the fan, which you need to connect to the power supply.
We figured out the electronics.You can start making the case and installing the fan. To do this, take our folder, cut a hole in diameter of the fan and make holes for the screws.
When the hole is ready, we fasten the fan in its place and wire, which we must connect to the block, output through the passage, which is located on the spine of the folder.
Attention!!! In order for the fan to work on the power supply, you need to insert 12v and the necessary polarity.
