All seemingly complicated things have the simplest instructions for use. Even their potatoes can make a radio! You will learn how to do this from this manual.
As always, the first thing the video does:
For the receiver you will need:
- 1 large potato;
- lighter;
- stationery buttons;
- The simplest headphones with bare wires;
- Light-emitting diode;
- a piece of plastic film;
- 2 gum;
- copper wire;
- a knife.
First we need to cut our potatoes into 2 halves.
After that, we place a plastic film between the potatoes, the main thing is that the potato halves do not touch each other.
We fasten the resulting system with an elastic band, you can wrap it with other material.
The next step is to attach an LED or a conventional diode. We insert one contact of the diode into the right half, and we insert the second end of the diode into the left half.
Now we take the earphone, there we expose the wires, burn them with a cigarette lighter and wrap them on push pins and stick them into a potato. A pushpin with a wiring from the earphone should leave the potato.
One wire will go to ground, for this we need to plug one end into the potato, and the other end to the battery. For this, it is necessary to file the battery, until bare, unstained iron.
We wrap the wires on the battery and seal with any sealant, you can hot melt.
Now we stick another posting, about 2 meters. We fix the second edge of the wire on a knife and begin to search for a wave.
Unfortunately, we did not get the stunning effect from our potatoes, although the words and even the phrase were heard well.
