Projectors of logos or logoprojectors today are used by many companies, shops, and institutions. If desired, you can use such a projector at home as a decorative element. A simple projector for the home can be purchased at some stores, and can also be purchased online, however there is a way to create a high-quality speech projector in home conditions.
We offer you to watch the author’s video homemade, after which you can try to make the projector yourself.
To create, we need:
- Normal LED floodlight for lighting;
- switch;
- Reflector;
- Lens;
- Sewer pipe with coupling;
- Heat-resistant sealant;
- The wire;
- A syringe;
- Stencil on a transparent film.
Probably it’s worth starting with a stencil, since it is he who is one of the most important elements of a logoprojector. You can order a special stencil in printing according to your own drawing, or you can draw it in a graphical application, purchase a transparent film and print at home with an inkjet or laser printer.
Now you can start making the projector. For greater convenience, you can type the required amount of sealant into the syringe. We disassemble the searchlight, remove everything superfluous, and carefully glue the reflector to the body with a sealant.
Superfluous in this case is the incandescent lamp, which must be removed first. When the reflector is attached, you need to take care of the lens, which will collect light. The author uses a ten-fold lens that is glued to a reflector or reflector. However, a triple lens must also be glued on top of it for better effect.
On top of the reflector we put on a sleeve and insert a sewer pipe into it. You need to make sure that the diameter of the pipe matches the diameter of the 50 mm lenses.
Before you insert the pipe into the sleeve at both ends, you need to glue one 50 mm lens. The clutch itself will allow us to adjust the focus.
The logo should be inserted under the sleeve.
You can also make the case from ordinary plywood, as the author does.Using the case from several layers, you can leave a special opening for inserting the logo.
In the future, you can improve the projector using lenses from old cameras, since the lens has a lens system, resulting in a much clearer picture.
